The One at The St James is a 4 or 5 bedroom apartment. It is located within  the St James apartments. This is a development of apartments that was recently completed. It provides luxury beachfront accommodation overlooking the beautiful white sands and azure waters of Paynes Bay. Paynes Bay is on the West Coast of Barbados to the south of The Sandy Lane Hotel.

The apartment referred to as The One at The St James is a first ( upper ) floor apartment. It offers 4 or 5 bedrooms. This lovely apartment breathtaking views over the beach and the Caribbean Sea.

The One at The St James apartment is elegantly furnished. It is offered fully air-conditioned and presents a bright, spacious open plan living room. This flows out to the wonderful balcony area. This stretches the length of the living and dining areas enjoying the amazing sea views.  There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Bedrooms:
• Master bedroom. This opens directly onto the balcony taking in the breathtaking views. It has lots of closet space. The large en suite bathroom is equipped with bathtub, rain shower and double vanity. There are two entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom.
• 3 additional bedrooms in the main apartment. Each has its own en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space.
• Bedroom 5. This is in a detached cottage. It is self-contained for the independent guest. It has a kitchenette and a living/dining area.

Access to the cottage is either from the ground floor or through the apartment.

Beach access to Paynes Bay is via a pathway alongside the property. Guests will be provided with a key for the gate.

For guests at The One at The St James, beach chairs and umbrellas are laid out each morning. 

The St. James apartments are only a few minutes away from the most popular bars and restaurants in Barbados. World class golf courses are just a short drive away. There is also luxury brand shopping at Lime Grove shopping centre which is not far away. 

If your group needs more than 5 bedrooms, The One at The St. James may be rented with The Villa at The St. James. This is a 5 bedroom apartment located on the floor below. It can be rented on a 4 or 5 bedroom basis and it has its own pool.  This option provides guests with the opportunity to rent a 10 bedroom beachfront property on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados.
